- Assist with the development of a cross-functional business case to address this critical compliance challenge
- Create Business Process designs, Policies, Standard Operating Procedures, and Business Rules to ensure compliance across all impacted areas
- Identify and implement a Travel and Expense solution, such as Concur T&E, that provides recording, data management, and reporting capabilities that meet the compliance requirements
- Specific configuration to meet pharma/med device reporting requirements
- Customized training materials and user manuals aligned with configuration
- Create a repository (integrated data mart) for collecting spend data from all required internal and external data sources
- Assign a unique identifier for each HCP (HCP master file) connecting identifiers from all sources including the critical National Provider Indicator (NPI)
- Build customized reports to meet federal, state, and local yearly reporting requirements and to monitor on-going spend levels throughout the year
